System generates behavioural profiles based on click data, attendance and test scores. Output: risk classification per student. Decision point: rollout to all classes.

TaoGate is not a product — it is a constitutional threshold. Three sources: Tao (rhythmic coherence), IBM System/360 gate logic (1964), NASA flight operations go/no-go protocol.
Layer order binding: Hardware/OS < TRST < TGR < TaoGate < PRSYS < Interface. Lower layers do not override higher ones. BLOCK is absolute and inherits upward.
Each tape represents an independent rule layer. Evaluated in parallel. One BLOCK in one tape blocks the entire pipeline. Tape 0 is absolute — non-overridable.
